A Beloved Place

Picture
"Brenton Point, Newport, Rhode Island" 12" x 24" oil on birch panel, private collection

A client wanted a painting of a beloved place where his family stays during the summers. We selected a dramatic, wide, museum-quality, antique gold float frame.

A Surprise Gift

Picture"Tupper Lake" 16" x 20" oil on canvas, private collection

A client gave this original oil painting to her husband of their glacier lake in British Columbia as a surprise gift. Abby offered frame options to the client and custom framed the piece before shipping it well before the deadline.

He was absolutely thrilled and moved by the piece. It not only hangs prominently in their mountain home, but it is an heirloom to pass down to future generations.

Corporate Licensing

Abby was commissioned to paint six paintings for a spirits company (bourbon, vodka, etc) for use as labels on their bottles.

The series had a specific theme meaningful to the owner of the company.

The originals hang in the company's tasting room and they may make posters, cards and other products with the images on them for promotional and marketing materials.

This is an example of a legal agreement for copyrighted images used for corporate licensing.

"Scarlett" 11' x 14" oil on canvas. A client surprised his wife of a great memory of them sailing on their boat.

Abby sends photos of her process for approval each step of the way. Clients enjoy seeing the magic of the painting being formed from beginning to end.

"Devil's Bridge, Sedona AZ"  11" x 14" oil on canvas. The client commissioned this for her daughter as a surprise holiday gift.

The daughter is the tiny figure crossing the natural rock formation bridge. It was a courageous moment captured and made into a tangible work of art they now can admire every day.
